Payouts are based on predefined price triggers and policy terms.
Payouts are capped by policy max payout and pool constraints.
Premiums are non-refundable after policy purchase.
User must maintain required insured wallet balance for the full active policy window.
Claims settle in native ETH on Ethereum only.
Oracle, indexer, or backend data outages may delay claims.
Unsupported wallet signatures may prevent policy purchase.
Protocol can pause new policy sales during extreme conditions.
Existing valid claims remain claimable subject to policy and pool terms.
